Biostatistician Requirements:

biotstatistical analysis experience with clinical trials or medical data

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, or equivalent

knowledge of/experience with statistical software such as SAS, Stata, SPSS

excellent communication skills/experience writing-up results and creating reports

experience writing peer-reviewed articles a plus

Current opportunities lend themselves to independent contract work.  However, depending on your skill set and time-limitations, this could involve up to several jobs per month.
